Don Wojan Handyman operates inside one clearly drawn footprint: North Dallas and Collin County. That boundary is deliberate. Rather than stretching a single crew across the entire Metroplex, we stay north and east of downtown Dallas, which means shorter drives, tighter scheduling windows, and a working familiarity with the housing stock in each pocket we cover.

Our home base sits in Princeton, near the eastern side of Collin County. From there, the coverage area runs west through Plano and the Central Expressway corridor into the established North Dallas neighborhoods, and north through the county's fast-growing cities and its quieter rural stretches. If your address falls inside those two regions, we can look at your project. If it falls outside them, we'll say so directly instead of taking a job we can't service well.

Picture the area as a wide band running north and northeast from Dallas proper. Housing eras vary sharply across this footprint, and so do the repairs. In the North Dallas neighborhoods, much of the stock dates to the 1950s through the 1970s. Wind exposure is higher out there with fewer trees and rooflines to block it, so fasteners, panels, and exterior finishes usually need looking at sooner.
